Lee founded People Transformation Associates Ltd in 2014 to help clients navigate and solve their many People, Organization & Change needs and opportunities.

Lee works closely with business executives, leaders, managers and employees to deliver cohesive, business-aligned people strategy, human capital/resources, transformation and change management solutions. Lee uses guiding principles and maturity models to drive compelling business cases and design well-planned transformation initiatives, programs and projects. Lee develops, synthesizes and adapts portfolio, program, project, process and change management standards and techniques to deliver managed and sustainable change. Lee balances often conflicting needs related to organizational culture and changes, new/emerging technologies, established business processes, tight time frames and constrained resources to achieve near-term wins, mid-term optimizations and long-term, lasting impacts. Lee’s extensive Information Technology experience, which includes vendor selection and management, outsourcing, contracts, telecommunications, architecture and security, enables him to align business processes and systems with organizational needs and the digital economy.


Lee’s pragmatic approach stems from more than 20 years designing and deliver people programs and solutions, including people strategy, organizational design, culture, enterprise change management and Human Resources and Talent Management processes and systems for global organizations. Among others, he has provided professional services and solutions to PricewaterhouseCoopers (and its clients), Conduent, Tyco International, Johnson Controls, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Success Academy Charter Schools, PJM Interconnection, Transora and the University of Pittsburgh. Vendors he has worked with include Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Workday, SAP, Oracle (Fusion & Taleo), iCIMS, Microsoft, Computer Associates, RSA, IBM Kenexa, Cornerstone OnDemand, Gartner, Questionmark and SecureSheet.


Lee is a certified Human Resources and Project Management professional. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science (BSIS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Behavior (OB) from the University of Pittsburgh. He also has Master Certificates in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Project Management (PM). Additionally, Lee has executive education certificates in Strategic Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion.  Having lived in both the US and the UK and worked worldwide, he is adept at navigating global business practices and integrating cultural expectations into solutions.
