Lee balances often conflicting needs related to organizational changes, new/emerging technologies, established business processes, tight time frames and constrained resources to achieve near-term wins, mid-term optimization and long-term, lasting impact. His extensive Information Technology experience, which includes vendor selection and management, outsourcing, contracts, telecommunications, architecture and security, enables him to align business processes and systems with organizational needs.

Lee’s pragmatic approach stems from more than 17 years overseeing People Strategy analysis and design work, along with implementations of next-generation Human Capital and Talent Management processes for global firms. Among others, he has provided professional services to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tyco International, Johnson Controls, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Success Academy Charter Schools, PJM Interconnection, Transora and the University of Pittsburgh.
